What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer Full body waxing for men and women with specialization in Brazilian and Guyzilian. We also offer variety of Facials and Body Scrubs. What makes the experience special at Wax Cabana is that each time a client comes we go above to make him or her feel at ease especially with intimate treatments. We are also one of the few places where men can comfortably go for an experienced Guyzilian wax.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I went to salons in the past that were not necessarily practicing clean techniques. I, therefore, felt the need to create the opposite environment for people in the Tampa Bay Community. Hence my quest to start the business in 2006.

What do you love most about your job?

The way people feel after their wax experience. The difference I can see between when someone first come in for waxing and when they return for a second appointment. They seem to be more comfortable. It is a GREAT feeling!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

“Loy, thank you for making me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous at first.” Those words speak volume. They tell me that I am right where I am supposed to be doing what I love.
