Adam incorrectly told me the product would last up to 4 weeks (after asking him 4x). He was totally unfamiliar with the product, was clumsy and kept breaking the hairclips, dropped the dryer and seemed unsure of himself. The owner corrected him that I could use dry shampoo since he told me I couldn't. He didn't seem like he was paying much attention to me either. The owner wished I could have been more Zen, but I was totally uncomfortable & couldn't wait for it to be over.
