The Attleboro, MA location I went to was great. The photographer took her time capturing the special moments and helping me select which ones I wanted to purchase.

Photographer had zero personality. Shots looked like I took them at home from a distance. Luckily I was able to crop a few and get decent pictures and my daughter is 7 and very photogenic. Will have to think twice about going back

The girl that did the portraits was excellent. My grandson was a handful that morning and she was extremely patient with him. I would strongly recommend this to my friends and family.

Wow All those lady’s where professionals. From the receptionist rescheduling a late appointment to watching an artists help positioning, camera angle and take photos and editing. I was only going to spend the groupon but ended up getting more pictures on discount.

We arrived on time for our appointment. Appointments were running late. There was one photographer in the room taking pictures. 4 staff standing around talking about personal stuff. Our appointment was 11am and they didn't take us until 11:30. Finally a staff person took our photos. We reviewed them and my sons face was very white almost glowing. I mentioned it to them and they tried to say that it wasn't also after saying I didn't want these pics they said it was because he was light skinned. That is true but his face does not look like that in any professional picture he has taken. They finally agreed to retake the picture and rushed us through it. He is young so luckily he cooperated. We ended up with a couple of decent shots that I was able to buy. Meanwhile staff still talking out loud about personal stuff acting like they couldn't be bothered with getting up to help the customer with reviewing pictures etc. Our other experiences haven't been like this.

Girl who took the photo was amazing. We have a crazy independent 1.5yo who wanted no part in staying still and we still wound up with a ton of great photos. She was patient and great with both my girls. My only “complaint” is that the sessions are booked close together. It made me feel rushed to finish because there were more people waiting. But it’s the holiday season so it’s to be expected.
