This was absolutely horrible. It was not as described whatsoever. The room was a broken down closet and the paint they offered came in 2 small plastic salad dressing containers, blue and red with a small paint brush. We drove an hour to the location and were extremely unhappy. We stayed just to play arcade games but left after the arcade games took our money and didn’t work!
HORRIBLE DO NOT GO!

Stepping into establishment was confusing with no one to great is only a bartender to locate ourselves and ask about our reservations. When taken to the “room” I was shocked to see it was a room 10x20 or less sized room. It had 4 small 5x5 inch canvases on a table with multiple layers of cardboard that was not leveled therefore you had to hold your canvases or move to another space. Well there wasn’t any other spaces to put them. A good idea would have been having clips attached to the walls to paint these. The room was also where you’d do the “smash room” experience which we purchased but no slot times were available for same night when purchased. After this experience we cancelled our Room for 4 package deal! They handed us rain ponchos with short arms and only to your knees. Placed 5 tiny condiment cups on this “table” and informed us that it should only be 3 colors but they were generous and giving more. Well for 4 people the cups were only 1/3 filled. We tried to ask for a little more pain but were going to charge us! Honestly my kids made the best of the time and didn’t complain. It did not present ANYTHING like advertised on there website so buyer beware. Now the rest of the establishment looked cool with all the video games. Looked as if a live band was setting up for after hours 21+ crowd. They had a bar I did not see food served. They have some pool tables that I saw teens playing and having fun $3 a game which wasn’t bad for teenagers. The idea is great but they tried to do to much in one business.

We apologize for the confusion upon arrival and for the lack of proper greeting and guidance — that is not the level of service we strive to provide. We also understand your concerns regarding the room setup, canvas size, paint amounts, and overall presentation. Your suggestions about wall clips and better workspace setup are very helpful and are things we are actively reviewing to improve the experience.
We regret that the smash room scheduling was not clearly explained at the time of purchase and that this caused you to cancel your package. That communication should have been clearer on our end.

It was terrible, wet paint got on our clothes, it was disorganized and had a bin of 5 glass bottles to break over an hour period of time. Staff seemed unaware of what the rules or safety measures were, would not recommend or ever go again, terrible terrible experience
