Julio was great. He explained all of the different options and offered the upsale to the better Tony and it seemed worth it to me. It wasn’t high pressure though. He just informed us of the differences in tints. Also found out that he does heated seats as well as some other stuff. I am planning on having him do my heated seats in a few months. . Overall it was a very positive experience.
