I had a mixed experience. I have dreamt of going on a balloon ride for 2 decades. Well the reality was much less then I expected. Hopping up and down a few times and only going a few hundred feet off the ground was not what I expected. I thought we would get in go up in the clouds and fly for 5-10 miles. In reality we went about 1/2 mile. It was more like a ride a Disneyland. I am sort of glad that I went, but I really still want the ride that i have seen before. I have seen balloons ride across the sky in my city many times. That is what i expected. 2 hour journey in the sky that starts in one place and ends in another.

Not reliable service. Keep us on yes-no during 2hours sinse 4am, and finaly did not provide promised. However, the hotel and limo tour was really good in all aspects.
