The people who came to my house were nice and professional but newbies to the company. I bought a brand new unit from Orangutan in May 2021. Have service every 6 months and no issues. Last checkup was end of June 2022. Now they came with recommendations that totalled almost $6000! Insane and it was computerized results that are crazy such as a UV light for $2000 to reduce AC pipe moisture.

Yeah this was a waste of money. The tech that came out was a psychopath. He was making references to strangling people do not let these people into your house. He was only there to sale a service plan. Did not do a tuneup of my ac system actually made false repairs claims that needed to be done. 1500 for repairs or 250.00 a month for the premium service plan . No thank you. Don’t waste your money
