What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We specialize in ending emotional and binge eating, over eating, and yo-yo dieting through a process combining behavior and lifestyle counseling, nutritional support and hypnosis for permanent results. We also offer a nutritional counseling program and individual hypnosis sessions.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My own 35 year struggle with emotional and binge eating starting as a young child and bulimic 20 years. When my own health issues were critical, I left my successful corporate career on my own journey to heal my food issues, my way! Since 2005, I have been sharing those same steps with my clients.

What do you love most about your job? Seeing my clients literally change who they are before my very eyes! Seeing them become in control of their food and weight and enjoying their lives more fully. Working one-on-one with each of them on their own journey is the best!
