She had a negative attitude from the moment she arrived and when I asked her to focus on the bathroom (I just had knee surgery)she emphasized that was not what the coupon was for, that the coupon was for a light cleaning. I paid for the three hours. In addition, She constantly went outside to check her phone and said I will not move things (small items on the counter.) Overall disappointing and would not recommend.

Hi Judith, The groupon you purchased was for a basic cleaning. Deep cleaning is not included. I have listed on my groupon which items come with the groupon. I apologize for any attitude you received that was not my intention. I am the owner of the business and a solo person I am responsible for all calls, emails and texts on the business line.

Jen was great- easy to schedule with and she did an excellent job on our move out clean. Will likely use her again in the future for regular cleanings at our new home. Highly recommend!

Jen was amazing and professional. She cleaned the bedroom and bathroom far better than I could have done (looks like when I just moved in) and had plenty of time left to clean the kitchen too. Highly recommended.
