I looked the salon up online & read the stylist profiles. I asked to have the guy do my hair when booking my apt. I came in I had a woman instead, claiming to have been in hair her whole life. Walking in my color was a faded dark brown with natural lighter brown roots. I asked for a mahogany color & came out with black hair & red roots which I had to make them re-dye. All said & done my roots are a dark reddish brown & my hair color looks black. She knew I had prior dye in my hair before & failed to really examen, listen & do what was best for my hair. I asked for a trim & she only did the bottom quickly asking if it was good enough. I had to tell her to trim my layers as well.

The Lady that did my hair didn't seem welcoming or friendly at all-she was even borderline rude. Sorry, I'm not coming back or recommending this place.
