Said I needed repairs I didn't need. Said they changed out a condenser but didn't. Wanted to charge me $650.00 for a coil cleaning. Had another Ac company come out and I only charged me $100.00.

Tech left an active gas leak in my attic after claiming to have tightened the piping as much as he could by hand (he didn’t tighten anything). He wanted $400 to seal the pipe, plus another $1400 worth of work that suddenly needed to be done. When my husband said we’d be getting estimates, the tech got incredibly upset, grabbed his tools and left. Other estimates were half the cost. BEWARE.

He arrived right on time. I love that the company not only sends you a text but also an email with the technician that will show up to your house, along with a little information on him. You expect them to show up and do their work but it helps to make it feel like it's not a stranger doing the work. He was comfortable working with my dogs barking at him and was able to provide me more information on my unit, which was very helpful since I only bought my home last October and wasn't provided a lot of information when I bought the place. I definitely will be using Penguin Air in the future.
