I was honestly very disappointed. First - when I was trying to schedule the appointment there was no one to respond to my emails and phone calls and I had to call Groupon to schedule the class and the whole process took over three weeks just to schedule the class. Which is stressful when you know that your guopon expires and there is no communication. Second - The only reason I booked it there was because they advertise that it is with laser simulator. I was very exited about that and was driving for 2 hrs just to find out that they don't do any simulation and I could took the CCW class somewhere else. Very disappointed that there was no any simulation and I could not to take a class at the time convenient for me.

Bob is a highly trained professional who Put everyone in the class at ease with using firearms. The class size was small to facilitate individual instruction. I highly recommend this class for anyone who uses a gun.

This was one of the best classes I've taken. Bob was very through. patient, and effective. There were a lot of great take-a-ways that helped my shooting expertise. I would encourage any one who has a pistol for self defense take this course.

Great instructor, I felt like I learned a lot and have a better appreciation of the basics and how I should frame my training and skill preparation.
