Dawn is a sweet lady :) The phone number on the groupon is wrong.

I walked in to smiling faces and a customer leaving. The three women working there were fawning all over the other customer leaving and........ Per usual.. When I pulled out my groupon their attitude towards me changed and didn't have time to provide all the services listed in the groupon. By the way.... I was more than a half-hour early for my appt. Apparently one has to make a specific appointment for certain parts of the groupon package. The receptionist had time to up-sale me (or at least try to) on some other diet that they offer... but no time to provide the services I already purchased. She took me back and provided the b12 shot, but then advised how "busy" they were so they would not do the body valuation. Soooo... Why would a company attempt to up-sale a would-be return customer without conducting a full appt? Speak with me, do the body valuation, discuss options, and then do the shot? She didn't even weigh me..... ??? She knew I was a NEW customer as well!!!!! By the way.... There was NO ONE in the waiting room and both doctors (I guess- since they were wearing lab coats) were chatting away in the back office. So after I get my b12 shots, I will NOT be seeking further services from them, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Totally disgruntled and dissatisfied.
