I was somewhat disappointed, 1/2 hour before they were due at my house, I received a phone call that they were cancelling due to employees calling off sick...this was the day before Thanksgiving and I had taken the day off of work only for them coming to clean my house. They were able to r/s to Friday.

This company is completely unprofessional. I purchased three cleanings with Groupon. The first session they were there for less time than they were supposed to be there and didn't do a good job. The second session they didn't show up at all and when I made contact the owner stated she had text me to let me know they wouldn't be there - but I never received a text message. When I called to schedule the third session she told me she only had Saturday appointments for her "regular" clients. Well, my first appt was on a Saturday and the one they no-show for was on a Friday but they came the following day... on a Saturday. She told me that she would contact me in two days after finding a "regular" customer willing to cancel their Saturday appt - because there was NEVER any mention about Saturday's not being an option OR I would not have purchased the groupon in the first place. She never returned my call even after I contacted her again. I would highly NOT recommend Tulip to anyone expecting good service.

We were very pleased with the quality of cleaning we received. However trying to re-schedule and reach Tulip was very difficult. We would leave several messages and text over a week period before any response. We choose to go with someone who was more responsive and dependable.
