Hood Meadows is best known for skiing and snowboarding, scenic chair rides to hiking trails are a popular way to explore the terrain in the summer. Marked hiking trails guide patrons through forest land to waterfalls and wildflowers. Guided hiking tours are offered Thursdays through Mondays, providing history, pointing out landmarks and identifying wildflowers you'll encounter on the trails.
