The reviews online and everywhere else are correct, this place is super friendly. Saw one review on here that I don't really believe, this place is pretty great, the wait time for Liz could improve, but very worth the wait. Met with Liz, she's so sweet and so knowledgeable. Lost 14 lbs total, probably going back for a second one. Would definitely return.

I purchased this groupon... The WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. This office is clueless. From the minute you come in. Nothing is clear, Nothing is explained to you. I purchased the 4 week plan. I was told I have to come in to take my vitals, lab and EKG. once there 30 minutes later, they finally listened when I had them claim the voucher.. " Oh you didn't have to come in you only purchased the 4 week plan. Ok FINE. Now what? Come back in a week and you will meet with the nutritionist. I met with Liz. She takes a brief history. I explained I have Hashimoto disease.. it's EXTREMY HARD for me to lose weight.. Liz states she never had a pt with that. However she is hopeful. She hands you a paper with what not to eat. No calorie count, no exercise instructions...NOTHING... Ok come back next week for your shot. And see her in 2 weeks. I did as I was told. Now it's time for my 3rd week and my check in with Liz. Told the lady at front desk next appt for shot and nutritionist. Come in for my appt.. "oh no Liz isn't here dont worry next week you can come. Ok now my 4th week and last visit. Come in wait 40 min , get my shot and they say your seeing the Dr. I said no the nutritionist they say.. Oh no she is not here??? Omg..seriously.. why would I want to see a Dr. At this ghetto place..espevially if it's the Dr that .just finished seeing a patient with the door WIDE OPEN. YEP I now know all about her psoriasis, anxiety the Dr prescribed her PAXIL..told her to stop over analyzing.. Yep heard it all.. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..
