For those unfamiliar with this gem of a restaurant, Inkawasi is Incan for “House of the Incas” and this place is absolutely loaded with delicious ancient Peruvian flavor. If you’ve never had chaufa (fried rice Asian fusion with meat and plaintains), it’s a MUST here. This place truly is one of the best kept secrets in all of SRQ. Their Lakewood Ranch building is cozy and friendly.
