Would not have heard of them outside of the Groupon as I live in a city somewhat far from them. Had a great experience with the owner and have suggested to all my friends at my kids school to use this business as all the kids have Iphones now!

The guy fixed my screen with a bad screen then never answered his phone for several days, then I finally got him to answer and I set up a time to come in. So I arrive at our agreed time and he was not there, and in fact and left an hour earlier and had a sign on the door saying he'd be back and the time we were supposed to meet. He arrived almost an hour late to our set time. it just didn't feel very professional. But I do give him a pro for having fixed my screen in the end, but it took some run arounds

I wouldn't have gone to Wireless before the Groupon until the glass cracked on my iPad. Then I had a reason to go there, and they were great
