I drove in for my appt at the Corpus Christi location and they did not show up. I confirmed the appt multiple times and have been waiting and trying to call for 40 minutes with no luck

I would give it a 5 star but the scheduling is very flaky. There has now been 3 times were my appointment was not fulfilled and or changed due to whatever reasons. I have 13 sessions already paid for and only have had 2 of the 13 since June. There are never any days available and constant cancelling. I've made 2 blank trips but compensated with 2 free sessions. I'm thinking of getting a refund.
