I really like her, and she is very knowledgeable about hair. However, this was my 5th time to get a Brazilian blow out. My hair is always perfect for months afterward. This time, as soon as I was outside for 10 minutes, my hair looked like crap. I feel like because I used the Groupon (literally only saved $33), she used way less product. So I basically through $325 down the toilet to save $33.

Meredith, my Brazilian and hair cut on Groupon is 266.25. They also gave you a 30% discount on here and you ended up paying 216.25. I did not use less product and don’t appreciate the accusations. It’s the same accusations you were telling me about your last stylist and how you thought she didn’t actually use a Brazilian blow out on you and thought it was a different product. I’m really not sure as to why you would say I didn’t use enough product, Meredith, the density of your hair is the size of my pinky, so the accusations are wild. You have the most damaged hair i have seen in my career. I tried to give you knowledge, to help you, so you can grow your hair back. You have zero weight to your hair. I’m sorry your hair is damaged to the point of no return but don’t put that on me, or your last hair stylist, it’s time to look within. -and maybe take some expert advice.
