By teaching mat- and machine-based Pilates workouts, Pilates on Pinecroft's three certified instructors help students improve their physical fitness, recover from injuries, and augment their athleticism. The team welcomes new students to schedule a private session to become better acquainted with the system of ropes and pulleys that comprise Pilates Reformer machines, and in the process master core-bolstering mat moves. The staff also encourages clients who prefer to dive right into one of the studio's dynamic group classes. Classes incorporate props such as foam rollers, bands, exercise balls, and goofy abstract items attached to improve comedians, all of which conspire to promote the development of lean muscle and increase flexibility.
