I have had a wonderful experience with Florida Aesthetics! I bought a groupon for an extra large area of laser hair removal and Stephanie has been amazing! I've had laser removal through other businesses and they made me feel self conscious about my hair. This is not the case here! They love what they do and want to help you feel like your best you! I would definitely come again.

They closed down the New Tampa store and never told us. We showed up for our app. and no one was there. It took 2 or 3 days to get a hold of them. They lied to us many times about trying to let us know. Said that we have given them wrong cell#, wrong e-mail and wrong address. All lies!!! They called my cell on other app. and we got an e-mail reminder the night before we went to our app. and it said for the New Tampa location. The lady was very rude and all she wanted to do was lie to us even after I told her that I could forward their e-mail to them say we had an app. at the New Tampa location even thou they closed it down. Had to get with Groupon to recover money. Now we have to start the laser hair removal all over again. Stay away! Thank you Groupon for your help.
