Johnathan always teaches a high energy class with fun music. I like that it’s a full body and cardio workout. I brought my son who doesn’t like going to the gym but he really enjoyed the class.

My experience here is great! Love all the classes they have. You definitely sweat it out. Instructors like Jonathan and the other great instructors are friendly and encouraging. Don’t be discourage if you’re new and can’t keep up. It’s okay! I was that person too. But keep going regularly (3xweek) and you’ll get the rhythm of every class. Once you do, it will be so much fun! High recommend!
