Kelsey was very friendly and my skin felt good afterward, I was just a little disappointed because the entire appointment (introductions, explanations, procedure and all) only lasted 16 minutes! I definitely thought it would last at the LEAST thirty minutes but hopefully an hour as comparable treatments.
