She's very nice & styled my hair beautifully but left the Keratin in my hair instead of rinsing it out & straightening. It was sticky until I washed it per her instructions, which is normal after a keratin straightening treatment. It was NOT smooth or straight. I tipped VERY well since she said it was a $240 value. I've had these done many times and told het so. She offered no do-over or help. Sad

Keratin treatment is supposed to smooth the hair. We were told by Shannon her treatment doesn’t exactly do that. I don’t know what that means but It didn’t even last after the first initial washing. Now I know why it was so cheap. Paid for nothing- total waste of money.
