Taylor Whitney is a 12 year veteran trainer. Her education ranges from basic training to corrective/prehab training to correct back, shoulder, neck or hip pain that has kept you out of the gym. She also has intensive training in nutrition to help get you to your goals faster and improve health.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Body positive training removes the scale. Focusing more on overall health and strength with a side effect of weight loss reduces anxiety and improves results. Teaching you to have a positive relationship with your body and food also helps make sure you have long term success.
