Do not buy this from Groupon. KSC ended out having a launch that day. Because of that, we were notified by KSC that the tour I paid for through Groupon was cancelled. I was never refunded even though KSC sent me an email saying I would be refunded. KSC was completely oversold/crowded. They don’t tell you that Groupon has to be retrieved at Will Call. Groupon doesn’t have customer service to remedy

We visited some years ago and weren't able to take advantage of all that the KSC had to offer so we decided to take another trip. It didn't disappoint! The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable! We booked the KSC tour and so glad we did!! Even without the KSC Tour there are various interactive exhibits that will most definitely keep you with plenty to do and see!

Terrible! They allowed too many people in and it was impossible to enjoy. Neither Groupon nor Kennedy Space Center would give me my money back.
