I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated when redeeming my groupon. There was no fine print saying that I could not use it with any other discounts, and I even mentioned it to the waitress, whom also did not mention anything. I work in customer service and the customer should always be happy. I have been frequenting jo jos all of my life, but after the belittling treatment I received from the owner, I dont know if I will ever be back.
