My wife set an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When she arrived there was no business to be found, literally. The store was no longer there, and the owner/manager did not bother to contact my wife to cancel or reschedule. When my wife finally got a hold of the individual, they offered to come to our residence the next day to honor what we paid. Now, it has been an hour passed the rescheduled appointment, and she has not shown. We have tried to contact her again, and she has not responded. I am extremely upset, and feel a reimbursement is strongly needed.

Love LOVE Love the results of my eyelash extensions!! Voan is awesome. She made me feel comfortable and engaged me in interesting conversation during the application process. It’s been 4 weeks and my eyelashes still look great! I highly recommend Outlash.

She was very good. I love my eyelashes. I got the Groupon and those are the classic eyelashes, next time I will get the 2D. Very recommend!!!

The place was decent. However I made an appointment, took off work, and the lady texted me AN HOUR before my appointment to cancel. Within a week the lashes started falling out. Had I not already paid for it more than 3 days in advance I would have returned the groupon, but could not so went ahead and went.

I understand your frustration, but don't forget to mention I stayed late after my usual hours that week to complete your full set since I had to reschedule. And, it is normal for lashes to start shedding even a few days after application because they fall out with your own natural lashes. By the third week, a touch up is needed if you wish to maintain the fullness. Your full set was a month ago.
