Insanity on Saturday is a great, dynamic cardio class. Classes can fill up quick so get there early to get in a class.

While staff pleasant enough, they were without information. There was no tour, no information regarding check-in, location of lockers etc. I strolled around and investigated and asked a lot of questions. I received vague, unsure answers. If this is the welcome saved for Groupon People... well... it isn't a gym that I would pay membership. The equipment looks good, but no information was given. You need to pay additional money for a trainer for any orientation. The bathroom once I searched and had no luck and then asked was clean. I will use my 90 days and will not become a member. Thank you. Member no member, shouldn't there be a general orientation about rules, procedures, etc.? I only

I've been working out on and off for about 30 years now. I have seen my fair share of gyms. I can tell you that club metro is very clean, the equipment there is top notch, and they never seem to be overly crowded, which is a good thing. If your thinking about joining a gym, the deal here on Groupons cant be beat.
