GIRL FIGHT is America's leading All-Female Martial Arts academy. At Girl Fight our goal is to empower women thru a fusion of Martial Arts, Self-Defense & Fitness.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Kids 6-9 years, Teen 10-15, Adult 16+ years old. New students or returning students only.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started GIRL FIGHT, because I wanted to offer a comfortable & inspiring place for women to train in Martial Arts.

What do you love most about your job?
Martial Arts has changed my life in such a positive way; physically and mentally. It’s taught me to believe in myself and it often gives me the strength to push on when life gets tough. Plus, its great for stress management!
