I thought the pedicure stations were very uncomfortable. Made the service unpleasant, had to keep adjusting cushion. Nail tech seemed uncomfortable with positioning.

I was extremely disappointed with my pedicure! The foot bath was a terrible experience. I was asked to climb several steps and instructed to sit on a make shift cushion. I was in total disbelief when instructed to place my feet in a "kitchen sink." When questioning the manicurist, I was told it was because of sanitary reasons that they "preferred" the use of a kitchen sink. I was told that germs get into the jets of the tyipcal pedicure tubs. Since I am a healthcare provider, I did not agree with this logic. The nail polish was of a poor quality and lasted one week before washing off. I am accustomed to having polish last for at least 4 weeks. No callous removal was offered. Basically...I rec'd a nail trim and new polish applied. The pedicure room was definitely shabby and it was evident that the products were not of good quality. I would not return to this salon.
