The staff was professional and friendly but the work was substandard.

Extremely poor attention to detail/ price not worth the service received.

I had 2 coupons, one I used in the Webster location and last week at the Greece location. The detailing at both locations were poor. When I tried to explain want I wanted areas to concentrate on, the person repeatedly said "that is extra and more money, what do you expect for $59?" There was also wax smeared on my windows and spots not rubbed out. Greased Lightning is not equipped to do car detailing as advertised and should stick to changing oil.

First off, it was extremely difficult to even get a return phone call to schedule the detail in the first place. Then, the guy tells me that for "sixty dollars cash" he would make the car look like "brand new." I asked him what exactly he would do, and he started listed things that came with the detailing! Regardless, he did a terrible job. Streak city on the windows, my toddler could do a better wax job, twenty miles on the odometer, crumbs, dust, etc. WORST SIXTY DOLLARS I EVER SPENT. Seriously, I paid so that I wouldn't have to do it myself, but now I paid AND I still have to do the job myself. Dont waste you your money, don't expect a refund. Actual employees of the jiffy lube place treat the 'detail guy' as some sort of outside contractor, and they claim to have no control over his shoddy work. And to top it off, the detail guy had the audacity to act miffed when he didn't get a tip.
