About SERC Fitness Center

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide 24/7 access for fitness center members with no long-term contracts. Our facility is fully equipped with free weights, cardio & weight machines, and an aerobics/group fitness area. We offer expert personal training, classes, sports performance, and post-rehabilitation training.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients are encouraged to continuously follow up with their trainer at no additional charge. Discounted rates are provided for monthly follow-up sessions.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We seek to provide North Topeka with a clean, well-equipped facility in a convenient location. We are unique in our ability to provide expert fitness training under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.

What do you love most about your job?
We love educating individuals so that they are able to make the most effective use of their time in the gym.
