Busy place. Appointment is necessity or else you wait for a long time. The exterior detailing was fairly good. The interior on the other hand was beyond expectation and well cleaned. Thanks bizzyboys.

I arrived for appt. at 10; rescheduled to after 12 pm because of someone ill. I said I could not reschedule as I used a vacation day. At 2 pm, I said it was not clean and you were very rude about it & used the excuse that someone who uses a coupon expects perfection. Purpose of you advertising with Groupon is to attract business and you showed poor customer service for your remark. Also, you took another 3/4 of an hr. to complete the job (2.45 hrs. in total) and you didn't vacuum the back window ledge as I had pointed out. Considering the 5 hrs. I waited to have done as I don't live in the area, you should have foregone charging extra for salt stain removal. Lousy service and bad attitude.
