Service was good however I was upsold upon arrival; felt pressured and told that what I bought was basic and wouldn’t be what I wanted - felt like I ended up paying full price and what was the point of using groupon and driving far from my local place where I would have preferred to go.

I was very disappointed in the service. I went in with a paid voucher. I looked up the website and images and it seemed like the package I got would have been a good fit. When I got to the appointment I was told I would not like the lashes and forced to proceed with the upgrade. It is the next day and half the lashes fell off. Lashes are thick and cheap looking.

Great ilike it highly recommended
