Bad service

Assistant was very conscientious when applying the colour.

Hate the hairstyle left in tears. I asked for bangs the length to my nose so I can put it behind my ear. When she was done, I asked her what happened they're too short and she replied I asked you when your bangs were wet if it was okay to cut. The bangs are long enough to cover my eyes and I asked her how I am going to see. She replied "You're a beautiful girl and it will grow back". She tried selling her "Caviar" products 3 times to me and on top of that I am stuck with these awful bangs. I guess you get for what you pay. Lesson learned.

I had haircut and full color ($50 value). When I came, I was told that this price applied only for Wella products. If I want better quality of coloring, I need to pay extra $10. I agreed. It took more than two hours to finish my coloring. Another lady came for hair styling and they were working with her, so I had a feeling that I overkept my color for about 20 min.. (as per instructions it is about 45 min, I had mine for more than 1 hour including roots). They did a good job though (no color on my face)), but it took too long... And not the color I wanted. And I was explaining that I wanted lighter color, but still got my regular brown. I didn't like the situation that people working there do not give you any advices... The same with heart cut - don't expect too much. Just the same hear that I had just 1 inch smaller - made by hear machine for man. No advices or suggestions. As a result - the same me with the same color. I could do it at home myself.
