- 45 minutes late just to show for the first appointment of the day, which was me - nicked my neck with the scissors, accidents happen but what got me is she denied it; I took a pic of it to show my friends because it is such a random thing to happen. - hair cut so bad it made me cry, I HAD to go to see someone else to fix it!
