Stay away from this company! if you have bought their service on groupon, you will end up paying 5 times more after they show up! The bearded guy will try his hardest to upsell you on things you do not need! When i told him that i did not have any money for the services he was upselling me, he had the audacity to ask me to put it on my credit card all the while acting like he was doing me a favour by offering me these extra services! He was like “ Im trying to see how you can benefit the most out of this visit! Why don’t you put it on your credit card?”. As soon as he said that, I wanted him out of my house! Very dishonest company or at least the technician was very dishonest!

The technician was great . He explained everything clearly and very helpful , although there’s extra charges I wasn’t expecting and since they were already there it felt like I had no choice.
