The bike had recently been tuned up (just a few weeks before), but had a broken spoke, so I asked them to repair the broken spoke as part of the tune-up. They added an extra $26 to replace that broken spoke. I had asked to be advised if the repair would go over $30 to call me, not realising that they would recalculate as anything under $30 extra including the groupon.

Brought my bike in for a full tune-up. I told them about specific issues - gears sticking from the second on the left and at 5th on the right. The bike was there twice in one week and the problems didn't get fixed.
