Def Leppard at Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto

On August 8th I purchased a Groupon for One Megaticket for 7 Select Shows at the Ampthitheatre after calling the box office for more information on the deal where they said they knew nothing about it. The coupon said that it was redeemable after August 13th. On August 20th, I went to the Glass Tiger concert with a friend and found out that I was only eligible for 1 free thicket for 7 shows?? I don't know how this was possible since there wasn't 7 shows left in the season. The clerk in the box office was extremely rude and not helpful in the least. I was so disgusted that I left the pass at the box office, bought two tickets since I had promised to take my friend to the concert and vowed never to go to the Amphitheatre again. There is a huge variety of entertainment in our city and I don't go out to enjoy my self by being ripped off and abuse. I'm going to put this notice on Facebook to warn others how the Molson Amphitheater rips people off through these promotions. It was a great deal. Before I made the purchase I called groupon to inquire about being able to the megaticket all for 1 event. For example if I wanted to see Kelly clarkson and bring 3 other friends that would work. I spoke to 2 different people and they said yes, however when I went to the concert that was not the case. Groupon customer service didn't provide me with the correct information. Next time it needs to specify it is 1 ticket to each concert. If this was the case I definitely would have purchased 2 megatickets instead of the one.

Very difficult and time consuming to get tickets, there was a lot of confusion by the staff.
