Hi Argentina, we are sorry you felt Groupon was misleading. Under the Groupon page there is a section called "Need to Know Fine Print and Helpful Information". This section states the following "New Customer Only". In addition to this when you book through our website it indicates "Vouchers are for new customers only, no exceptions" & "If a voucher was purchased in error please contact your deal provider for a refund or we will honor the voucher at face value". We note that this is the third time you have redeemed a Groupon. Despite this, we honored the Groupon purchased at a discounted rate of $28.05 off the regular price not the full price. We hope this clears things up.
