I wouldn't recommend Lux Spa. The pedicurist was friendly and competent, but the ambiance in the spa was really sub-par. There was no music playing and the door was open to the street traffic, which was noisy and distracting. Even worse, the front counter, computer and phone are located only a few feet from the pedicure stations, and the manager seems to have no qualms about ruining the relaxation of clients by talking loudly on the phone -- even getting irritable and raising her voice. While the pedicurist was massaging my feet and legs, which should have been very relaxing, I couldn't relax at all because of the noise. Lengthy phone calls should be taken in an office. I won't be returning.

Perhaps it was because it was close to the time of expiry on the Groupon, but it was a very fast pedicure, the fastest I've ever had. If the full price is almost $60, I would expect more. I think with the coupons though, you get what you pay for, not the full cost treatment.
