Sado Sushi's menu frequently pleases the eye before it satisfies the stomach: according to a 2008 review in NOW Magazine, the maki rolls are "as jaw-droppingly gorgeous as they are a treat to eat." Choosing from 22 special rolls and a roster of sashimi options, guests can pair their artfully arranged seafood with a Japanese entree or soup. A selection of wine and sake washes down bites from the sushi bar, and vegetarian offerings—such as veggies rolled in soybean paper or wrapped inside the cheque—appease herbivorous appetites.
