I would have never bought a Groupon (paid $30) if I knew the company would charge me $30 on top of the Groupon price as a new member price. This was NOT listed on the fine print of the Groupon. The store person said that it is included on their website, but there is no way to tell if it was there when I bought the Groupon. I did not see it at that time. The service itself was nice.

I tried to book an appointment, but didn't hear back from them after numerous attempts. I contacted Groupon and they extended my Groupon for a month. Still company refused to answer any if my emails or phone messages. I never got to use my Groupon, so im out $70. Im not sure I will even use Groupon again. Very disappointed.

What was supposed to be 1 hr and 45 mins, turned out to be less than an hour. Did i mention that the time taken to fill out the initial forms was also included in this time. I bought this for my girlfriend to enjoy and all i got from this is grief. Not professonal at all.

You came 30 minutes late, but still we did not deduct the time. The time was shortened because of your girl friend's skin condition, we also notified her during treatment.
