The person I got this Groupon for notified me that they we're upsold on services and had to pay out of pocket. Worse than that, they did not get exterior cleaning of their car at all. I would not recommend this vendor and have had terrible experiences with car detailing services through Groupon.

Only that the service was very good and the pricing fair. We have a dog so the back of the car was pretty dirty. We were not overcharged for the extra work that entailed.
