Tony and the staff were excellent! You know you’re getting the biggest bang for your buck when you’re pushed past what you think are your limits. Felt so energized after the workout. The best place you can go to learn boxing and get a full body workout!!

It’s the workout I’ve been looking for awhile. Everyone is nice instructors and clients would definitely recommend for others to join if u wanna sweat and burn some calories

I have done 3 classes so far and they are amazing he makes you work your hardest and always leaves you feeling sore the next day so you know your giving your all this place is a must try !!!
