"forgot" about our appointment, swore at my family, wouldn't try and rebook the appointment. I stepped in, got an appointment and they sprayed inside my car (reside still inside my car doors and trunk). Just horrible!

The service was appalling. The mechanic practically tossed my keys at me when he'd finished then grunted something and walked off. That's when I discovered the globs of oily rustproof solution all over my door interior and upholstry. Worse still was the thin film of the same oily solution all over my windscreen (and now my wipers). Thankfully got a refund from Groupon, but how to get a refund on the $35 surcharge he made me pay before making a mess of my car.

I found the owner to be surprisingly hostile to Groupon patrons. I am fairly certain that I never actually received the service that I contracted for. I hope the owner works out his anger issues.
