Two problems. 1. I bought the massage as a gift for my girlfriend and thought it was fully paid for, but when the massage was over they asked her to pay for the HST! She didn't know what to do so she paid it. I'm sure that was a scam since there is no mention of moneys owing after the groupon purchase. 2. A couple who was being massaged next to her would not stop laughing and goofing around for almost her entire massage. They were even making mock sexual groaning noises like they had never had a massage before and they behaved like high school children. The staff should have asked that they respect the privacy of the other customers, but they did not.

I was unaware of what Tuina meant. I usually like a more overall massage using oils, but it was exactly what I needed for my achy shoulders!

I thought they were RTM's but they aren't and had no idea that it was Shiatsu based and that massage would be with my clothes on. Also it was too bright for my liking. But for the price the treatment ok. Perhaps this info is on their website but they should have specified this when I called and booked the appn't.
