I had the worst haircut of my life. The stylist cut my hair quickly and carelessly. She took off way more than I asked for, and it was shorter on one side. There were no layers. I am quite sure I could have done a better job myself. I wore it in a ponytail until I could get an appointment (at another salon) to get it fixed. The salon was empty on a Saturday afternoon, which I should have recognized as a bad sign (and ran!)

SAY HELLO TO PEOPLE AS THEY COME THROUGH THE DOOR - BE WELCOMING - ASK WHAT THEY WANT - HAVE GOOD AND TRAINED STYLISTS - DON'T RUSH THEM - CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS - AND IF THEY ARE NOT HAPPY, SHOW SOME CONCERN AND OFFER TO FIX IT!
